Terms of Service
- Commissions are for personal use only.
Artwork may be used as profile pictures or banners, but may not be used for profit.*- Commercial usage is available for 200% price - please let me know in advance if you require commercial rights!!- I retain full rights to my work. Use of my work in AI training is strictly prohibited.- I reserve the rights to share commissioned pieces on my socials and include them in my portfolio.- Fanart commissions (characters from games, series, etc.) may be used by me to create physical prints or merchandise.- Listed prices are base rates and may increase depending on complexity and/or additional details.- I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel the request falls outside my acceptable subjects.- Reposting or sharing the artwork is allowed with proper credit (@botjira).- Visual references are highly recommended! Providing clear references helps us avoid miscommunication!- Please allow up to one (1) month for completion in case of unforeseen circumstances. I need time to draw, so please be patient with me!- Rush orders will cost extra! (+50% of total price)Payment- Payment is accepted via PayPal only. Once the cleaned lineart is approved and you've paid in full will I start painting!- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour during the process will result in me canceling the commission, with 50% refund.Process- I will do a rough sketch and you may request revisions at this stage before I proceed.- Once the cleaned lineart is approved and I continue working, refunds will no longer be available unless initiated by me.- Upon completion, up to three (3) minor revisions are allowed; extra revisions will incur extra fees. By minor revisions, I mean tweaks to colours, etc. Major revisions like totally changing the face shape or expressions are considered extra.- After final approval, you will receive a high-resolution transparent PNG. No physical item will be shipped.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
